eldridgeAnn D. Eldridge
Director
Director Ann D. Eldridge, M.Ed., Board Certified Behavior Analyst, is the President and Director of Clinical Services for the South Carolina Early Autism Project, Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Special Education from Southern Wesleyan University and a Masters Degree in Special Education from Clemson University. She also completed the Applied Behavior Analysis for Special Education Graduate Certificate Program at The Pennsylvania State University. For fifteen years she was a Special Education teacher in the South Carolina public school system, and in 1996 she was recognized by the South Carolina Autism Society as that organization’s Teacher of the Year. Ms. Eldridge began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis in 1994, when the Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP) served several children in her inclusive preschool class. In 1997, she began working as a consultant with WEAP and in 1999 she became a full-time employee of the Madison, WI clinic. In July of 2000 she was named director of the South Carolina Early Autism Project, Inc., which at that time was the Southeast branch of the Wisconsin Early Autism Project. Ms. Eldridge has received extensive training in applied behavior analysis and autism from Dr. Glen Sallows, BCBA. Dr. Vincent J. Carbone, BCBA provided Ms. Eldridge with the training and clinical mentorship that led to her certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She continues to receive ongoing training from Tammi Kasper, CCC-SLP/BCBA. Ms. Eldridge holds memberships in many professional organizations. She lives in Sumter, SC.
butlerSusan A. Butler

Administrator Susan A. Butler, BA is the Secretary/Treasurer and the Administrator of the South Carolina Early Autism Project, Inc.. While working in corporate America throughout the 1990's, Ms. Butler also worked to bring quality ABA treatment services to SC . She served as the SC contact for several organizations to provide information about treatment options to families with children with autism spectrum disorders. In 2000, Ms. Butler was asked to join the South Carolina Early Autism Project, Inc., which at that time was the Southeast branch of the Wisconsin Early Autism Project. Inc. There she put her business background and experience helping families to work for the clinic. Mrs. Butler received a degree in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. She lives in Sumter, South Carolina.
lacinak Jenni A. Lacinak
Clinic Supervisor
Jenni A. Lacinak, BA, MA, BCABA holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Bowling Green University. She earned a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from the Georgia School of Professional Psychology in Atlanta. She has worked in the field of ABA for eight and a half years as a line therapist and lead therapist. Ms. Lacinak began working with EAP, Inc in 2003. As a Clinic Supervisor, she provides program development, training, and supervision for both home programs and school districts in South Carolina and Georgia. Ms. Lacinak completed the necessary clinical coursework under Dr. Vincent J. Carbone, BCBA to become a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst and completed her mentorship under Dr. Spencer Mathews. She lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
godwinJennifer Godwin
Clinic Director
Jenn Godwin is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who earned her Bachelor of Science in Special Education from Greensboro College and earned her Master of Education in Special Education with an inclusion specialist certificate at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. She also completed the Applied Behavior Analysis for Special Education Graduate Certificate Program at The Pennsylvania State University. She began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis eleven years ago. Ms. Godwin worked as an associate of Dr. Vince Carbone, BCBA, for five years. Ms. Godwin is also the co-developer and co-presenter of the workshop, Teaching Verbal Behavior: Hands on Training for Tutors and Therapists and presents this workshop both nationally and internationally. Ms. Godwin serves as the director of Camp Boomerang, formerly Camp Chameleon, an inclusion based summer day camp for children with autism at the Siskey Family YMCA. Ms. Godwin is currently the Clinic Director at the Early Autism Project, Inc. and resides in Fort Mill, SC.
kasper Tamara Kasper
Consulting Services
Tamara Kasper, CCC-SLP, BCBA has practiced as a pediatric speech/language pathologist with emphasis on treatment of children with challenging behaviors for over 15 years. For the last nine years, she has specialized in the treatment of children with autism spectrum disorders and has consulted to various intensive autism treatment programs. Ms. Kasper’s commitment to the children she serves led her to pursue treatment methods outside the field of speech-language pathology. After study of Applied Behavior Analysis with emphasis of Skinner’s classification of language, Ms. Kasper completed her mentorship with Dr. Vincent Carbone to become a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst. Ms. Kasper has also complete advanced training and self-study in treatment of apraxia of speech, including Kaufman’s strategies for apraxia of speech. She continues to expand her knowledge within the field of speech-language pathology and has been awarded the ACE Award for Continuing Education by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She currently provides consulting services to treatment teams who serve children with autism with special emphasis on development/implementation of strategies to promote verbal vocal language development. She has developed and presented university courses and workshops for school districts, clinics, parent groups, and professional organizations in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
keith Angie B. Keith
Assistant Clinic Director
Angie B. Keith, BA, BCABA earned an undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of South Carolina and began working with children with autism in 1996 while employed as a public school teacher. Prior to working for EAP, Mrs. Keith supervised an ABA classroom. Mrs. Keith began working for EAP in 1997. Mrs. Keith had extensive senior therapist training under WEAP and is currently a Assistant Clinic Director. In her role as a Assistant Clinic Director at EAP, Inc., she provides consultative services for both parents and school personnel in South Carolina, Georgia, and Arkansas. She has served a wide range of learners, from children requiring sign language instruction to children requiring instruction in reciprocal vocal conversation. She has also has considerable experience in working with older children with autism. Mrs. Keith completed the necessary clinical coursework under Dr. Vincent J. Carbone, BCBA to become a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst and completed her mentorship under Mrs. Julie Dixon, BCBA. Mrs. Keith lives in Sumter, SC.
