SCEAP'S RELATIONSHIP WITH SCHOOL DISTRICTS
SCEAP works with school districts all across the United States providing staff training, consulting and ABA programming for children. In order for a child to reach their full potential and have the opportunity to be mainstreamed into the regular environment, SCEAP knows that the school staff and SCEAP clinical staff must work together closely. Since many of SCEAP ’s board certified clinicians are also certified teachers who have taught children with autism, school districts find it both easy and beneficial to collaborate with SCEAP to serve their children with autism. When the school staff and SCEAP work together, many children with autism have the opportunity to learn and socialize like their friends in the regular education environment and other natural settings. • One to One Therapy and Supervision
• Parent, Teacher and Therapist Training
• School Shadowing
• Consulting to Teachers, Special Ed staff and Self Contained Classrooms
• Assist with Communications to Funding Agencies
• Discrete Trial Training and Natural Environment Training to teach language, play, social, self-help, school and motor skills
• Other Programs used: Fast ForWord, Visual Programs, Language Programs, Social Stories
