Early AutismThe mission of the Early Autism Project, Inc. is threefold: to provide appropriate and effective ABA home and school programming that will enable each child in our care to reach his or her potential; to foster the close collaboration of parents and professionals who support the child; and to equip each child’s home or school team with the ABA training and supervision that will ensure high-quality and consistent teaching, error correction procedures and behavioral intervention.

ABA Services
The Early Autism Project Inc. (EAP) provides ABA services, which include initial workshops, frequent periodic follow-ups, and on going ABA therapy and supervision to private families and school districts across the Palmetto State. The clinic also serves families outside South Carolina, providing ABA training workshops, therapy, consultation, and follow-up supervision to children throughout the Southeast. EAP clinicians possess extensive training and experience in the area of Applied Verbal Behavior. This training is used to design ABA programs that accommodate the needs of each child in our care. Our children range in age from twenty months to thirteen years, from early learners to advanced learners.

School Services
EAP works with school districts all across the United States providing staff training, consulting and ABA programming for children. In order for a child to reach their full potential and have the Schoolopportunity to be mainstreamed into the regular environment, EAP knows that the school staff and EAP clinical staff must work together closely. Since many of EAP’s board certified clinicians are also certified teachers who have taught children with autism, school districts find it both easy and beneficial to collaborate with SCEAP to serve their children with autism. When the school staff and EAP work together, many children with autism have the opportunity to learn and socialize like their friends in the regular education environment and other natural settings.
