supervision models
New families must start with an initial, three-day workshop which will consist of assessing the child current level of functioning, prescribing the appropriate set of programs for your child to begin treatment and interactively training you and your team (line therapists that you hire to work with your child). Anyone that will be working directly with your child should attend the initial workshop. Your workshop leader will demonstrate and explain the teaching procedures of each program and show team members how to record data. After you and your child’s team have gone through this interactive hands on workshop, they will have the training and information to successfully continue your child’s program until it is time for your next EAP follow up visit. Since there may be portions of the Initial Workshop when we will not work directly with your child for long portions of the day, you should have a sitter available.

INTENSIVE SUPERVISION MODEL
The intensive model, which is based on best outcome research results, offers the most supervision with weekly visits from a Senior Therapist totaling 5 hours and monthly Clinic Supervisor visits totaling 6 hours. This model allows for intensive supervision of your child's program and consistent training of your line therapists. The frequency of visits will allow your child's ABA program to be monitored very closely and programming updates and modifications made more rapidly.
PARENT DIRECTED SUPERVISION MODEL
This model offers a 3-hour weekly visit from a Senior Therapist and a monthly Clinic Supervisor visit of 3 hours. This model allows parents to assume a more active role in managing their child's ABA program under the weekly supervision of a Senior Therapist and the monthly supervision of a Clinic Supervisor.
WORKSHOP MODEL
This model of supervision features a monthly 6 hour visit from a Clinic Supervisor and is provided primarily to out of state cases because of the extensive travel involved. During this 6 hour visit all the line therapists are usually gathered together for a review and update of the child's programming. Any new programming is discussed with the parents, then introduced and demonstrated to all line therapists.
